Lodging
The NLW team has reserved discounted rooms at local hotels for midshipmen and staff, all within walking distance of the conference venues, and will assist with lodging coordination. Hotel room assignments will be communicated via email after registration closes. Please wait until you receive your room assignments before making your reservation.
Please note that lodging costs are not included in the registration fee and are the responsibility of each unit or individual attendee. Due to limited room availability and in order to reduce lodging costs, NLW may assign MIDN from different units to share the same hotel rooms.
Transportation
Transportation to and from South Bend International Airport will be provided by Notre Dame NROTC using government duty vans.
Transportation between hotels and conference venues will not be provided. However, optional walkovers to and from venues will be organized for visiting midshipmen and led by NLW midshipman staff.
For units driving to the conference, day parking will be available in Walsh Architecture Lot.
