Cancellation Deadline: We will refund registration fees for cancellations until 14 December 2025.
Payment and Hotel Room Reservation Deadline: 15 December 2025
Please note: The NLW team has reserved discounted rooms at local hotels for midshipmen and staff. Once all guests have registered, the NLW team will assign hotel rooms. Hotel room assignments will be communicated after registration closes.
Name Change Deadline: We will accept name changes of attendees until 31 December 2025.
