Naval Leadership Weekend 2024

The Staff and Midshipmen of the University of Notre Dame’s Naval ROTC Unit are excited to host the 29th annual Naval Leadership Weekend (NLW) on Friday and Saturday, February 9-10, 2024. Visiting units will arrive February 8th and depart the 11th.

This weekend provides Midshipmen with an opportunity to hear a variety of perspectives on leadership from their peers across the country and outstanding leaders in today’s Navy and Marine Corps team. Midshipmen will hear from retired and active duty military personnel and participate in discussions, providing them with tools and information that will help guide them to success as officers.

This year’s guest speakers include:

  • Keynote Speaker: LtGen. David Bellon, USMC
  • RDML Scott Sciretta, USN
  • CAPT Chris Cassidy, USN (Ret.)
  • Col. Reginald McClam, USMC
  • Warrant Officer Anthony Viggiani, USMC (Ret.)
  • CMDCM John Walker, USN
  • SgtMaj. Al’Kedra Tyler, USMC
