Payment and Hotel Room Reservation Deadline: 15 December 2025
The NLW team has reserved discounted rooms at local hotels for midshipmen and staff. Once all guests have registered, the NLW team
will assign hotel rooms via email. Hotel room assignments will be communicated after registration closes.
Name Change Deadline: 31 December 2025.
