If flying in, all midshipmen and staff guests will check-in at the airport near the pick-up zone. There will be a check-in table with Notre Dame midshipmen to greet you until the last arrivals. If driving in, midshipman and guests will confirm arrival to hotel by phone.
Transportation: If flying, all guests will be picked up by our NLW staff at South Bend Airport and brought to their hotel. We will be picking up at Doors C & D at South Bend Airport. We will also provide transportation to the airport on Sunday.
All units driving to the event will be provided with parking passes to be able to park on campus throughout the event.
