Deadline: The national portal closes strictly on January 31st of your high school senior year. If you have any questions about the checklist or requirements, email our Recruiting Officer at nrotc+scholar@nd.edu.
NROTC Preparatory Program (NPP)
Deadlines: Portal opens October 1st | Priority deadline: December 1st | Recommended final deadline: January 1st.
College Program (Walk-Ons)
Incoming Freshmen Priority Deadline: May 15th. Download the summer training paperwork on the NSTC Site and email your completed package to nrotc+cp@nd.edu.
Missed the May 15th deadline? You can still join by adding “Introduction to Naval Science” to your college class schedule and emailing our Recruiting Officer immediately for instructions. However, please note that missing the initial priority deadline will hurt your chances of receiving an internal scholarship later.
Current Tri-Campus Students: You must submit your application paperwork at least one month before your next semester’s course registration window opens.
