Naval Leadership Weekend 2025

The Staff and Midshipmen of the University of Notre Dame’s Naval ROTC Unit are excited to host the 30th annual Naval Leadership Weekend (NLW) on Friday and Saturday, January 31-February 1, 2025. Visiting units will arrive January 30th and depart February 2nd. 

This weekend provides Midshipmen with an opportunity to hear a variety of perspectives on leadership from their peers across the country and outstanding leaders in today’s Navy and Marine Corps team. Midshipmen will hear from retired and active duty military personnel and participate in discussions, providing them with tools and information that will help guide them to success as officers. 

NEW FOR 2025:

Due to construction on campus, the NLW team will unable to offer the discounted lodging on campus. We have reserved discounted rooms in nearby hotels that each individual unit will pay for. More information to reserve a hotel room will be provided after registration.
